CUSTOM ORDERS- Here is how you order.

1. Choose your cup color

2. Send ALL personalized info to the seller in the notes section

3. Full wrap includes a wrap of any kind that will cover the entire cup.

4. Basic decals can be placed on top on full wraps if desired.

5. Single decal personalized cups do not wrap around the cup as seen in the CC cup.

6. Glitter can be added if desired at an additional cost. Full wrapped cups will be sealed to ensure decals will never come off.

    Returns & Exchanges Policy:

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom made-to-order items. Please note that certain items are exempt from this policy due to their nature.

    Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Ship the items back within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations, but if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

    Items that are custom-made or personalized, perishable products (such as food or flowers), digital downloads, and intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
